I work for a warehouse and I paid attention to my fellow coworkers on Tuesday night because that when we are all scheduled to work truck. I noticed that my fellow coworkers differentiate from other departments. I notice when it comes to working they will analyze how long the whole truck process will take to finish and once they estimate they tend to goof off for the first hour or two and then actually work. I also notice they have this ego where they seem to not care about their job or doing the extra step "as longest the job is done, I won't do extra unless they pay me more." I feel this sense of arrogance coming from the whole crew when they speak among themselves about departments they always make other departments seem inferior and say statements like "oh yeah they are trash at their job, if only they can do their job right, why are they so stupid can't do anything right unlike us." I also noticed once it slows down during the day and there isn't much really to do they peer pressure each other into taking a break longer than they should be.
Aristotle said, "Man by nature is a political animal." Aristotle argues that humanity is meant to be political by nature, as they have to interact with each other in order to be humans and they naturally form groups.
